Shipping, returns & warranty

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is $14.99 and orders arrive in 3–5 business days. We don't ship internationally right now.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the return.

Returns don't cover products damaged by improper use or storage, or products that have been altered or modified.

Warranty

Every Guttrball product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of purchase. If your product is defective during that time, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
