  • What are your opening hours?
    Our online store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to place orders. Our pick & packers only work during standard business hours Monday to Friday (8am-4pm).
  • How do I place an order on your website?
    To place an order head to the Guttrball Shop simply: Add items to your cart View your cart by clicking on it in the top right corner of the screen Proceed to checkout, following the 4 easy to follow steps.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa Mastercard American Express China Union Pay Jcb Diners Discover Apple pay We are working on increasing this list to also include Paypal and Afterpay in the near future. Stay tuned!
  • Can I split a payment?
    You can only split a payment using a store credit (gift card) and a regular form of online payment at checkout.
  • Can I pay by cash or check?
  • Can I change my payment method?
    Unfortunately not. Once your payment has been processed your payment method cannot be changed. All we can do is offer a refund to the same payment method originally used, store credit, or an exchange.
  • Why is my payment method not working?
    If your payment method isn't working, try checking the following: All payment details match the details on your card You have sufficient funds or credit limit Your internet connection If purchasing from outside the USA that you are able to use the card for international purchases.
  • Can I pay in another currency?
    No, we do not accept payments in other currencies. We only accept payments in USD.
  • My gift card or discount code is not working. What do I do?
    Contact our support crew by email and they'll sort it out for you ASAP.
  • Does my gift card expire?
    Your gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
  • Do you send physical gift cards out?
    We only provide e-gift cards.
  • How long does it take to receive a gift card?
    Gift cards are usually issued within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Do you offer wholesale rates or bulk discounts?
    Absolutely! Simply contact our sales team by email and they'll get back to you ASAP to discuss what we have on offer in this space.
  • How do I redeem my gift card?
    You can redeem your gift card, store credit, or discount code at checkout.
  • How long will my order take to ship?
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours pending order volumes. Depending on your shipping preference it will take one of the following: 1-2 days (Sandy or Heber local) 3-5 days (Standard shipping) 1-3 days (Express shipping) For all shipping enquiries feel free to contact our support crew by email
  • Are orders sent on weekends and public holidays?
    Our pick & packers need a break too, so we only process orders Monday to Friday during standard business hours (8am-4pm). Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays or long weekends will be shipped on the next available working day.
  • How will I know my order is on it's way?
    Following your purchase confirmation email, we will send a follow up email to let you know when it's on its way.
  • How do I track my order?
    Each order will be provided with an order reference number and a USPS tracking number (included in the shipping confirmation email). Hit the button below to track your order. If you are experiencing difficulty tracking your order please contact us via the chat function on our website, or send an enquiry to along with your contact details and order reference number. This should have been emailed to you upon final confirmation of your purchase at checkout.
  • Where will my order get delivered?
    Your order will be delivered to the shipping address that you provided us at the checkout when placing your order. If your shipping details are incorrect, you may be liable for this cost. Please double check your shipping details!
  • What if i'm not home for delivery?
    We do require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, you can either opt for your package to be left in a safe place at your address, or else the package will be taken to the nearest postal facility (usually a post office) where you can collect.
  • Where is my product shipped from?
    Our product import and export facilities are located in Utah.
  • Do you ship outside of the USA?
    Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the USA. We are hoping to expand to reach global capacity in the near future.
  • Do you offer a click & collect service?
    We do not currently offer click & collect services. This is something we will be implementing in the near future.
  • How do I request a return?
    You'll need your order number, which can be found at the top of the order confirmation email that we sent you after your initial purchase. Simply have this number ready and click the button below to begin the process.
  • Can my purchases be returned?
    You can return your purchases within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund, store credit or exchange. Alternatively within 60 days of your delivery date for shop credit or an exchange. All products returned need to be in new condition, in the original packaging with all components included as they came. If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, contact us by email at with your order number along with photo evidence of the fault or damage. Help us to help you! Note: Guttrball™ is not responsible for postage costs & duties on returned and exchanged items.
  • Can gift cards be returned?
    Gift cards can not be returned or refunded for cash.
  • How does the Guttrball store credit system work?
    Store credits are given in the form of digital gift cards, which contain a single use code. Simply use the code at checkout to redeem. Enter the code in the gift cards/discount code section. You will receive store credit as soon as our team are notified of either a valid tracking notification of returned product, or when the return physically makes it back to us.   • Does my store credit expire?
    Your store credit is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
