At Guttrball, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchase.
All of our products come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Please contact our support crew at email@example.com to initiate a warranty claim.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return, please start a return or contact our support crew at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
The warranty and return policy does not apply to products that have been damaged as a result of improper use or storage, or products that have been altered or modified in any way.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
